当AI技术席卷全球，设计行业正经历一场前所未有的变革。近日，清风室内设计培训学校特邀曾任职于李玮珉设计公司的赵岩老师，带来《知名设计公司AI工作流，面对消费降级设计师如何思维升级》主题讲座。作为行业资深设计师，赵岩老师以实战经验结合AI工具的应用，着重讲解知名设计公司如何喂养Ai数据，形成体系的设计方法论，在Ai进行平面优化，洞察户型的优缺点，快速根据提问要求出不同的方案，从毛坯房或者手稿su模型等直出效果图及动画漫游，Ai软装方案排版及根据版面出效果图，Ai出施工图等全案全流程。
传统设计的局限：过去，设计师80%的时间耗费在重复性工作（如建模、渲染、排版），仅有20%投入创意；
AI时代的思维转变：通过AI工具（如MidJourney、Stable Diffusion、DALL·E，），设计师可将重复劳动交给AI，集中精力于概念发散、客户需求挖掘与美学把控；
Limitations of traditional design: In the past, designers spent 80% of their time on repetitive tasks (such as modeling, rendering, and typesetting), with only 20% devoted to creativity.
AI is the “super assistant” of designers, but the soul of design always stems from human insight and emotion.
– 用ChatGPT快速生成关键词脑暴，辅助灵感定位；
– 通过MidJourney输入手绘草图，AI自动优化线条并生成多版效果图。
Early concept stage: – Use ChatGPT to quickly generate keyword brainstorming to assist in inspiration location; Input hand-drawn sketches through MidJourney, and the AI will automatically optimize the lines and generate multiple versions of effect pictures.
方案深化阶段：
– 结合SketchUp+AI插件（如Veras）实时渲染，材质与光影一键调整；
– AI自动检查设计规范（如消防间距、人体工学），减少错误规避冲突。
Scheme deepening stage: – Combine SketchUp+AI plugins (such as Veras) for real-time rendering, and adjust materials and lighting with one click; AI automatically checks design specifications (such as fire safety distances and ergonomics) to reduce low-level errors.
– 用Runway ML生成动态方案视频，让客户沉浸式体验空间；
– AI排版工具（如Canva Magic Design）10分钟输出全套汇报手册。
Outcome presentation stage: – Generate dynamic scheme videos using Runway ML to allow customers to experience the space in an immersive way; AI layout tools (such as Canva Magic Design) can output the complete set of presentation manuals in 10 minutes.
1. AI工具驾驭力：熟练使用工具，但不忘“为什么设计”的本心；
2. 跨界整合思维：AI打通建筑、室内、软装界限，设计师需成为“全局策划者”；
3. 人文温度守护：AI无法替代对客户情感需求的理解与共情。
Teacher Zhao Yan proposed three essential abilities for future designers: 1. AI tool mastery: Proficient in using tools, but not forgetting the original intention of “why design”; 2. Cross-border integration thinking: AI breaks down the boundaries between architecture, interior design, and soft furnishings, and designers need to become “overall planners”. 3. Humanistic Warmth Protection: AI cannot replace the understanding and empathy for customers’ emotional needs.
